 Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries

  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner

  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed

  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

  • Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as needed

  • Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to management

  • Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift

  • Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level

  • I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll 

  • Complete additional duties assigned by manager.

  • Review and understand daily scheduled routes prior to dispatching for shift

  • Review dispatch email for any client requests/ check calendar for any events

  • Inspect vehicle & required devices prior to departing for shift; report any issues to manager immediately

Responsabilités liées à l’emploi :

Exploitation :

  • Responsable de superviser le fonctionnement général du stationnement et des services commerciaux

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des activités quotidiennes et superviser le rendement et les employé(e)s

  • Effectuer des patrouilles et inspecter les zones de stationnement et des services commerciaux

Gestion du personnel :

  • S’assurer que les employé(e)s sont présent(e)s à leur poste de travail et que les effectifs sont suffisants en fonction des tâches à accomplir.

  • Coordonner le remplacement des employé(e)s absent(e)s par d’autres employé(e)s de Precise ParkLink.

  • Former les nouveaux employés

  • Suivi des avis disciplinaires

Administration :

  • Préparer er soumettre divers rapports

  • Produire, compiler et mettre à jour divers rapports statistiques

  • Servir les employés comptoir des permis pour obtenir un permis de stationnement

  • Rédiger et transmettre des mémos ou notes internes

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of computers/ cellular devices

  • Valid G license with clean drivers abstract, and ability to provide abstract at time of hire

  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance

  • Previous experience in parking enforcement or security background would be considered a strong asset

  • Criminal and credit records check required prior to hire (backcheck completed by Precise Parklink)

Mandatory Attributes:

  • Must be punctual and self disciplined; considered a self- starter

  • Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision as this is an independent, on the road job; must also strive to work in team settings towards a common purpose

  • Ability to de-escalate situations should they arise; must be well- mannered & level headed

  • Capable of learning & absorbing training in a quick & efficient manner

  • Must be polite with professional attitude

  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic and personable

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Associate reports to the Team lead/Supervisor. The Customer Care Associate provides guidance for customers entering the parking facility and provide customer assistance as needed.

Location: Newmarket

Employment: Full Time, M - F, Temporary(2 – 4 months)

Compensation: $17 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries

  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner

  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed

  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

  • Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as needed

  • Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to management

  • Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift

  • Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level

  • I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll

  • Complete additional duties assigned by manager
