 Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Monitor and resolve support tickets related to terminal issues and client requests.

  • Assist the service team with terminal troubleshooting and provide technical assistance.

  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements for terminal user experience and flows.

  • Analyze terminal logs to diagnose and address deficiencies.

  • Generate tariff scripts.

  • Perform quality assurance on preproduction environments, validating program functionality before deployment.

  • Create support tickets with R&D when problems are identified and manage the ticket process until resolution.

  • Collaborate with R&D to certify new hardware and terminal features.

  • Provide remote assistance or training to clients as needed.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in XML and XAML.

  • Experience with image editing (e.g., simple cropping, coloring).

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent problem-solving/debugging skills (especially in relation to terminal programming issues).

  • Ability to create flow diagrams (e.g., using Publisher, Visio, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware (some setup of terminals required; training provided).

  • Testing of your own work, as well as others’, based on predefined procedures (training provided).

  • Experience in flow diagramming using tools like Publisher or Visio.

  • Basic computer hardware knowledge for terminal setup (training provided). Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written, spoken, comprehension) to support our customer base across Canada, especially in Quebec.

  • Run plates through enforcement software at applicable sites to confirm registration

  • Ensure accuracy in issuing infractions (correct information on ticket)

  • Ensure devices are returned as they were taken, and placed back on charging units for next shifts

  • Arranging towing of vehicles where applicable, under By-Law regulations

  • Ability to work outdoors, within a sheltered garage environment

  • Mandatory health & safety training required to be completed upon hire

  • Litter pick up and general maintenance of parking equipment

  • Recueillir ou émettre les billets pour la prise en charge de son véhicule et prendre toutes les informations nécessaires à la gestion du service

  • Collecter les frais de stationnement et effectuer les transactions manuelles

  • Effectuer la gestion des clés et entrer les données dans le système de gestion en place

  • Compléter les rapports de gestion des transactions ou tout autres rapports

  • Inspecter les véhicules avant d'en prendre la charge

The Customer Care Associate reports to the Team lead/Supervisor. The Customer Care Associate provides guidance for customers entering the parking facility and provide customer assistance as needed.

Employment: Full-time

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: $19 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries

  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner

  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed

  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

  • Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as needed

  • Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to management

  • Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift

  • Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level

  • I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll

  • Complete additional duties assigned by manager

Location: London, Ontario

Employment: Part-time, various days of the week

Hours: Varies: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Valid BC drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract

  • Previous experience in parking enforcement or background in security are an asset; training will be provided
