Melissa Tucci
Client Relations Manager
In her present role, Melissa leverages her client service skills and account management experience to act as her healthcare clients’ day-to-day point of contact. This entails playing a key role in ensuring that all client accounts are reconciled and paid in a timely manner as well as supporting client engagements in the areas of staff training and development, project management, implementation, and scheduling.
Melissa began her career with Precise ParkLink in 2010 in our remote monitoring and customer service department and subsequently as an administrative assistant to the HR manager on a part-time basis while pursuing her Honours Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. After graduating, she was hired full-time as an HR administrator. Since then, she has been a supervisor in our payroll, permit management, and trust revenue departments. In 2018, she was invited to join the client relations team to apply her corporate experience into a more operation-focussed and client-facing role.
Melissa’s extensive experience in a variety of roles with Precise ParkLink has given her a unique perspective on how to effectively navigate our corporate structure to advocate on her clients’ behalf. She’s also demonstrated through this experience that she is both responsive and adaptable to the unique challenges faced by our hospital clients; her success in her career with Precise ParkLink so far has been marked by thriving in fast-paced environments and going above and beyond to meet project stakeholders’ requirements.
Outside of work, Melissa’s natural curiosity and personable demeanor serve her well as an enthusiastic traveller, exploring new countries, experiencing new cultures, and learning about new ways of life.
