Health and Safety Policy
The Senior Management of Precise ParkLink is committed to the health and safety of its workers and for all who are
involved in our projects. We recognize that all workers have the right to work in a safe and healthy work environment.
Protection of workers from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. Senior management is
committed to set and review Health and Safety objectives and continual improvement of the Health and Safety
Management System and Health and Safety performance. All senior management, supervisors and workers must be
committed to provide a healthly and safe work environment for the prevention of injuries and illnesses.
Our philosophy is that the well-being of our company and clients is dependent on the health and safety of our
workforce. We are committed to provide a safe work environment that promotes occupational health; which includes
communicating with all the workers of the annually reviewed policies and procedures. No job is to be regarded so
urgent that time cannot be taken to do it in a safe manner. The welfare of the individual is our greatest concern.
Managers/supervisors will be responsible for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Managers/supervisors are subject to various duties in the workplace, including the duty to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.
All managers/supervisors, workers, and subcontractors must protect their own and fellow workers’ health and safety, and are committed to work in compliance with the applicable health and safety legislation of the province in which they work and all applicable regulations and safe work practices and procedures established by the Company.
Senior Management is committed to work jointly in a spirit of consultation and co-operation with all workplace parties in the development, reviewing, and implementation of our health and safety program on an annual basis. We recognize that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all workers and that the assistance of each person is required. Your attitude and cooperation in promoting accident prevention will assist in achieving our goal: “no one gets hurt”, and make our Company the best place to work, one where workers share in corporate growth and success.
Incidents can be prevented through good management in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, and outside contractors.
