Perfectly situated at Front and Spadina, in Toronto, ON, the 7.8-acre site comprises 320,000 square feet of reimagined retail and food service concepts, 1,700 residential units spread throughout six residential rental and condominium buildings, and 1.2 million square feet of distinctive office space. As an extension of the highly desirable King West neighbourhood, The Well has been designed as a destination that will draw traffic from neighbouring communities and beyond, in addition to its residents and office workers.

Precise ParkLink’s parking program at The Well offers an efficient parking experience for visitors and tenants, 24/7. The Well's parking program comprises Skidata gated parking technology with interactive pay stations; mobile payments and reservations through ±Ê²¹°ù°ì±ð»å¾±²Ôâ„¢; wayfinding signage and level counters, and monthly permits for tenants. Immediate technical support and virtual customer service is also offered through Precise ParkLink's live central monitoring facility IPARCâ„¢.
